(Reuters) – Greater than 2,200 preserved fetal stays have been discovered on the Illinois property of a lately deceased physician who carried out abortions, the Will County sheriff’s workplace mentioned in an announcement.
The household and legal professional of Ulrich Klopfer, who died on Sept. three, found 2,246 medically preserved fetal stays on Thursday whereas going via the deceased physician’s private property and alerted the native coroner’s workplace, the sheriff’s workplace mentioned.
“The household is cooperating absolutely with this investigation. There isn’t any proof that any medical procedures have been carried out on the property,” the assertion, issued on Friday, mentioned.
