The motion comes after the US Heart for SafeSport — the US Olympic Committee company that has unique jurisdiction over allegations of sexual misconduct — stated Callaghan was completely ineligible to take part in any competitors or exercise having to do with the US Olympic Committee or the game’s nationwide governing physique.
Earlier this month, Callaghan was accused of repeatedly sexually abusing former US determine skater Adam Schmidt over the course of two years, starting when Schmidt was about 14 years outdated.
