Natasha Ciara Joyner, 32 used to be arrested on Thursday after investigators say she began a fireplace at an condo advanced in New Carrollton that led to 4 broken constructions, 130 displaced citizens and $2.2 million in estimated damages.
Prince George’s County Fireplace Division firefighters answered to the three-alarm fireplace on Sept. 17 round three:30 p.m. It took nearly two hours for firefighters to extinguish the flames.
