Islamabad court rejects Musharraf's plea to dismiss Abdul Rashid Ghazi murder case
ISLAMABAD: A district and periods courtroom on Tuesday pushed aside former president Basic (retd) Pervaiz Musharraf’s plea to push aside Abdul Rashid Ghazi’s homicide case.
Further Consultation Pass judgement on Raja Asif Mehmood issued the quick order at the plea filed by means of Musharraf’s suggest Akhtar Shah.
Ghazi used to be killed in a military operation on Laal Masjid in July 2007. The operation code-named as Operation Daybreak used to be a war of words between militants and the Executive of Pakistan led by means of President Musharraf.
